Automotive Technician/Mechanic

Pay Rate:

We have quite possibly the most technician friendly pay plan in the industry. You are guaranteed for all of your hours worked here. But, you also have a huge upside with bonus pay. We even offer a weekly tool credit allowance for our technicians to help cover tool costs. This pay plan was designed alongside our current technicians and is technician approved. We are looking for a skilled technician. As a result, this would be a very high end paying job for this position. Finally, on top of our 401k program, we invest in a profit sharing retirement plan for all of our employees as well as a bonus retirement plan for our long-term technicians. We aim to take care of our employees not only while they're working here, but after they're retired as well. We feel our structure allows for an early comfortable retirement for many of our technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions
• Assist fellow technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities

Qualifications

• Must be driven, hard working and task oriented
• Must have the ability to drive vehicles of all types
• Proper certification is preferred
• Automotive Technician Training/Experience is a must

Pay: $23.00 - $38.00 per hour
