Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Qualification:

· Contact potential customers to generate interest and qualify leads or answer inquiries from interested prospects.

Sales Calls:

· Conduct outbound calls using scripts to promote products/services, inform customers of offers, and persuade them to buy.

Customer Service:

· Answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide support to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Order Processing & Data Management:

· Accurately record customer information, process orders, and update customer records in a database.

Sales Targets:

· Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and goals.

Product Knowledge:

· Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to make effective recommendations.

Essential Skills

  • Communication: Strong verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to influence customers and negotiate sales effectively.
  • Customer Focus: A patient, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
