Essential Job Duties:

The essential job duties referenced below are important for the job to be accomplished. Other job duties may be required.

  • Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be tiled.
  • Prepare tax and title documents.
  • Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
  • Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing title applications.
  • Check for accuracy in the application and ensure all information is completed correctly.
  • Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work. Report to management on the status of any missing or problem titles.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all Title laws and filing requirements.
  • Accurately record and file completed vehicle sales deals.
  • Participate and keep up to date with on the job training and continuing education required by Manufacturers, Vendors and other outside sources as requested by Management.

Desired Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years customer service or relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to participate in in-house and outside training

Work Environment:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job:

  • Working with and near moving/running vehicles
  • Noise level in the work environment – low to moderate
  • Lifting – low
  • Bending, reaching, pushing, pulling – low

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
