We are looking for a customer-focused and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our automobile service team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi (very strictly mandatory) and should have strong technical understanding of vehicle servicing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage customer service requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand vehicle service or repair requirements
- Prepare job cards, cost estimates, and service timelines
- Explain technical issues and recommended repairs clearly to customers
- Coordinate with workshop technicians and ensure timely job completion
- Follow up with customers regarding service status and vehicle delivery
- Promote service packages, value-added services, and maintenance plans
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate service records and customer data in the system
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures
Mandatory Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi – VERY STRICTLY MANDATORY (spoken & written)
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Service Advisor in automobile vehicle service centers
- Good knowledge of vehicle service, repairs, spares,e-catalogues, and maintenance procedures
- Strong customer handling, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid UAE Driving License – Category 3 (Preferred)
- Experience in UAE automobile workshops or authorized dealerships
- Knowledge of CRM / DMS systems
- Fluency in English or other languages is an added advantage
