•     Review and process incoming warranty claims from customers, dealerships, and service centers.

•     Evaluate claims based on policy terms, technical specifications, and industry standards.

•     Collaborate with technical experts and assessors to determine the validity of claims.

•     Maintain accurate documentation of claims, decisions, and communication.

•     Communicate effectively with customers, dealerships, and service centers regarding claim status, approvals, and rejections.

•     Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and warranty guidelines.

•     Analyze trends in warranty claims to identify potential issues and suggest improvements.

•     Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

•     High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.

•     Proven experience in automotive warranty claims processing or a related role.

•     Strong analytical skills to assess claims accurately and make informed decisions.

•     Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

•     Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

•     Proficiency in using relevant software and databases for claims management.

•     Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
