What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll work independently on assigned properties, supporting our robotic mowing systems and ensuring every site meets SunCo standards.

• Perform weed eating, edging, and detailed cleanup in areas robotic mowers can’t reach
• Support and work alongside robotic mowing systems on select properties
• Clean and maintain robotic units to keep them operating at peak performance
• Complete jobs independently and efficiently without direct supervision
• Maintain a high level of property quality, consistency, and attention to detail
• Identify and communicate equipment issues or property concerns proactively

What We’re Looking For

This is not an entry-level role—you’ll be trusted to manage your own sites and deliver quality work every day.

• Previous landscaping experience required
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively on job sites
• Strong understanding of quality standards for edging, trimming, and cleanup
• Comfortable using mobile apps and open to learning new technology
• Interested in working in a forward-thinking, tech-driven environment
• Reliable, self-motivated, and takes ownership of their work
