Autonomous Nurse Practitioner/Bilingual

We're looking for a skilled, compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our health care team and be on the forefront of every aspect of our patients' primary care. You will be responsible for providing medical treatment as well as diagnosing and treating health conditions. Your duties will include conducting physical exams, ordering lab work and diagnosing patients. The right candidate for this position is a strong communicator who is able to navigate interpersonal relationships effectively, has a detailed understanding of medical practices and has the skills to speak comfortably with patients.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship with patients and their families.
• Provide medical care to patients experiencing problems in one or more organ systems.
• Manage patients with acute or chronic illnesses and provide treatment to prevent illness.
• Manage patient visits, work with other physicians, track patient outcomes and make plans for future visits.
• Communicate with individuals, families and members of the health care team.
• Research, recommend and administer medications in accordance with patients' treatment needs.
