AV & Collaboration Engineer – L1

Job Summary:
Responsible for daily checks, first-level troubleshooting, and operational support for AV systems such as Yealink, Polycom, and Teams Rooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks in meeting rooms and classrooms.
• Provide Level 1 incident troubleshooting.
• Support live events and onsite sessions.
• Log all tickets in ITSM.
• Manage cables, peripherals, and AV accessories.
• Escalate issues to L2/L3 when required.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years experience in AV support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms, Yealink, Polycom.
• Basic understanding of audio/video peripherals.
• Strong customer-handling skills.
