AV & ELV Sales Account Manager

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage key accounts in the Audio-Visual (AV) and ELV solutions sector.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities by building strong client relationships and networking.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with design, presales, and technical teams to provide customized AV solutions.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of AV/ELV products, technologies, and market trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure proper documentation in line with company policies.
  • Monitor account performance, follow up on collections, and ensure timely payments.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular updates to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of proven sales experience in AV/ELV solutions in the UAE/GCC region.
  • Strong understanding of AV systems (video conferencing, control systems, displays, sound systems, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under pressure.
  • UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
