Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage key accounts in the Audio-Visual (AV) and ELV solutions sector.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Generate new business opportunities by building strong client relationships and networking.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with design, presales, and technical teams to provide customized AV solutions.
- Maintain updated knowledge of AV/ELV products, technologies, and market trends.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure proper documentation in line with company policies.
- Monitor account performance, follow up on collections, and ensure timely payments.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular updates to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of proven sales experience in AV/ELV solutions in the UAE/GCC region.
- Strong understanding of AV systems (video conferencing, control systems, displays, sound systems, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under pressure.
- UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools.
