XYZ Cultural Technology FZ-LLC is looking for AV Pre - Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai & Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for developing business cases to support solution offerings and sales initiatives.

- Collaborate with the sales team and understand client requirements to create presentations showcasing the technical aspects of the AV solutions.

- Designs and delivers complex service solutions and serves as a trusted advisor to achieve customers’ collaboration goals.

- Responsible for detailed solution costing and design validation.

- Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and product developments.

- Demonstrate strong expertise in signal flow for audio, video, control, and networking.

- Proactively manage and process change orders.

- Coordinate closely with project managers to ensure design alignment and execution accuracy.

- Participate in sales meetings and site/job walks.

- Support project closeout documentation.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the audiovisual industry

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AV engineering and system design- Ability to interpret electrical and lighting drawings.

- InfoComm CTS / CTS-D certification preferred

- Proficient understanding of leading AV brands.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Visio, and database programs

- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

- Education: Bachelor’s Technical Degree (Equivalent)
