Employment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced AV Programmer with a strong background in configuring and programming major audiovisual control systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with AMX, Crestron, and Extron platforms, coupled with solid knowledge of professional AV system architectures including DSPs, audio systems, and LED control solutions. This role requires a technical specialist capable of delivering high-quality programming, system commissioning, and troubleshooting for advanced AV environments.Key Responsibilities

• Program, configure, and commission AV control systems, primarily AMX, Crestron, and Extron.
• Develop and integrate user interfaces, device drivers, and control logic for complex AV systems.
• Configure and fine-tune DSP platforms such as Biamp Tesira and Q-Sys.
• Integrate and support professional audio systems including Shure wireless and networked audio solutions.
• Set up and manage direct-view LED controllers and related display technologies.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure seamless performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, installation, and project teams to deliver complete AV solutions.
• Prepare documentation including programming notes, system configuration files, and user guides.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams and end users as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an AV Programmer.
• Strong proficiency in AMX, Crestron, and Extron control programming.
• Solid understanding of AV signal flow, networking fundamentals, and system integration.
• Hands-on experience with Biamp and Q-Sys DSP configuration.
• Familiarity with direct-view LED technologies and control systems.
• Experience with Shure networked audio systems and RF management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant manufacturer certifications (e.g., Crestron Programming, AMX ACE, Extron Control Professional, Biamp Tesira, Q-Sys Level 2+).
• Experience with networked AV protocols (Dante, AES67, AVB).
• Experience in large-scale corporate, hospitality, or government AV projects
