Primary Responsibilities
- Install, test and commission medium to large audio visual systems.
- Work with installation team to complete final commissioning and prepare project close-out documentation.
- Communicate with clients and do training on completed systems.
- Posses basic configuration and programming knowledge.
- When necessary, provide on-site technical support and annual maintenance contract (AMC) support
- Ability to read and understand CAD drawings and schematics
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, other trades and technicians.
- Adherence to the documentation standards of the project/client.
- Have experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom VC.
