Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Estimation Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the bidding process for building and construction projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in construction estimation
• Strong knowledge of building construction, materials, and project costing
• Proficient in preparing quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and tender submissions
• Experience with estimation software and MS Office tools
• Good understanding of UAE construction standards and regulations
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis
• Prepare tender documentation and support bid submission
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
• Monitor project costs and provide input for budget control
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and client requirements
