Aveda-Salon Development Partner

Job Objective: For Aveda-Salon Development Partner

Salary Range - AED 15-18k


To drive sales growth and brand presence of AVEDA in the UAE salon market by developing strong relationships with salons, promoting AVEDA products and services, and supporting salon education and business development initiatives.


Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:


Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Training or certification in AVEDA Salon Development Programs is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of AVEDA products, services, and brand philosophy.

Sales & Business Development Experience

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in beauty, wellness, or salon products.
  • Experience working with salons, spas, or professional beauty distributors.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of UAE salon market trends, customer segments, and regulatory requirements.

Technical & Product Knowledge

  • Understanding of haircare, skincare, and wellness products.
  • Ability to train salon staff and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Familiarity with salon operations and retail strategies.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with salon owners and managers.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour, aligned with AVEDA’s brand values.

Other Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic & English; knowledge of other language is plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the UAE regularly.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
  • Understanding and commitment to AVEDA’s sustainability and wellness principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth of AVEDA products in assigned UAE territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and stylists.
  • Conduct product training, demonstrations, and business development sessions at partner salons.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to enhance brand presence.
  • Report regularly on sales performance, client feedback, and market opportunities.
