Role overview:

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Broker to manage and grow high-value private charter business. You will leverage your existing relationships with UHNW clients, family offices, and corporate flight departments to convert inbound leads and expand your book of business globally. The role requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional with deep charter market knowledge.

Role Responsibilities

· Source, quote, and close private charter opportunities for UHNW, family office, and corporate clients

· Manage and grow client relationships to maximize long-term engagement

· Maintain and execute a disciplined sales pipeline

· Leverage proprietary technology and Avinode to optimize charter sourcing and execution

· Negotiate pricing, routes, and aircraft options with a commercially sharp approach

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experiences

Requirements

· 2+ years of private charter brokerage experience.

· Existing UHNW, family office, or corporate flight department relationships.

· Avinode experience strongly preferred.

· Must bring a book of business or a strong network ready to activate.

· Knowledge of global charter routes, aircraft types, and pricing dynamics.

· Strong English communication skills; additional languages a plus.

· CRM experience and disciplined pipeline management.
