Summary
We are seeking a talented Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic team in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our marketing initiatives and enhancing our brand presence within the aviation sector. Your contributions will directly support our mission of connecting clients with valuable aviation resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO for organic search visibility, digital advertising across online channels, and targeted social media ad placements based on user demographics and behavior
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative to execute integrated product marketing campaign.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights.
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing collateral, including but not limited to advertisements, email campaigns, social media content, direct mail campaigns and website updates.
- Collaborate with our Digital Content Manager to manage social media channels, including creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with the online community.
- Develop the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.
- Provide support to the CEO on special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative and solution-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills; experienced in negotiating with subcontractors and assessing their performance to ensure quality and efficiency.
