Aviation Strategy & Analytics Consultant

The Role
Position Overview We are seeking an Aviation Strategy & Analytics Consultant to join our team. The position is based in Dubai, UAE. You will provide analytical and strategic support to partners across multiple consulting assignments, initially focusing on route development studies and expanding into broader airline business design and optimization work. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with aviation experts on impactful, data-driven projects and to interact directly with airline and airport decision-makers. Key Responsibilities • Conduct analytical studies for airlines and airports using proprietary models and industry data sources. • Support route development projects by evaluating traffic potential, profitability, and airline partnership opportunities. • Contribute to airline business plans, restructuring strategies, fleet and network planning, and RFP responses. • Develop quantitative models, reports, and visual presentations for client engagements. • Present analysis outcomes and recommendations directly to clients in workshops and meetings. • Work collaboratively with partners to improve methodologies and analytical tools.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: o Airline fleet or network planning o Airline or airport commercial strategy / business development o Aerospace OEM or supplier marketing / strategy analysis • University degree in aerospace engineering, economics, or a related analytical discipline. Skills and Attributes • Strong analytical capabilities and advanced proficiency in Excel and other data tools. • Commercially minded, able to translate data into actionable business insights. • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to present complex analyses clearly. • Team-oriented, flexible, and proactive attitude. • Familiarity with air traffic, fleet, and cost databases is an advantage. This includes fleet evaluations, support for OEM engagement and aircraft acquisition support, leasing and ACMI solutions and the procurement of airline services (maintenance, IT, catering, ground handling, training, etc.), as well as sales, distribution, and revenue management setup. OPERATE We provide ongoing analytical and commercial support to optimize existing airline operations. This includes externalized fleet and network planning, performance monitoring, financing support, and strategic advisory to enhance long-term profitability. AIRPORT ROUTE DEVELOPMENT For airports, we use proprietary data models and traffic analytics to identify high-potential new routes and assess their profitability from the airlines perspective. Our analyses simulate airline economics (traffic capture, load factors, yields, cost structures) under various scenarios to build a strong, evidence-based business case, helping airports convince target airlines and secure sustainable new services.
