PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To drive data-informed business decisions and optimize product performance by delivering strategic analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across the GWM Division. This role supports sales and after-sales operations by enhancing processes, aligning product strategies with market demands, and ensuring efficient execution of vehicle product lifecycle initiatives.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Business Analysis & Operational Support

Analyse sales data, inventory levels, and customer insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Prepare regular performance reports for management to support strategic decisions.

Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to enhance operational efficiency and alignment.

Support pricing strategies through competitor benchmarking and market data analysis.

Assist in CRM optimization to improve customer retention, lead conversions loyalty, and satisfaction.

Design and maintain dashboards and real-time performance monitoring reports for actionable insights.

Perform Gap analysis and impact assessment on existing systems and processes

Product Management

Develop and manage the product roadmap for current and upcoming vehicle models to ensure strategic alignment with market demand.

Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and ensure the dealership stays ahead of competitors.

Monitor product performance, including sales volumes, market share, and customer feedback, to drive continuous improvement.

Liaise with the brand’s headquarters to communicate local market needs, customer insights, and performance feedback, ensuring alignment with global strategies.

Support the after-sales team with product-specific training, documentation, and materials to enhance service quality and customer experience.

Analyze product performance and iterate based on feedback and data.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

MBA or Postgraduate degree (Preferred).
Experience:
-
4–6 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or strategy within the automotive industry.
Skills & Qualifications required:

Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau).

Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools

Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics) and ERP systems

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Strong business acumen with a customer-centric mindset.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
