About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled
Test & Integration Engineer (Avionics)
to join our growing aerospace engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the
design, development, integration, verification, and validation
of avionics systems using
integration benches
for a fixed‑wing aircraft program.
Key Responsibilities :

Support the integration of Avionics, Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) systems

Participate in logic and system architecture reviews, optimization activities, and technical documentation preparation

Assist with defining bench‑based means of compliance for system and equipment requirements
-
Support the setup and enhancement of integration infrastructure, laboratories, tools, and test capabilities
-
Perform verification and validation (V&V) of equipment and system logic/architecture against requirements
-
Prepare, review, and execute test procedures for Bench, Ground, and Flight Testing
-
Facilitate bench testing activities, focusing on end‑to‑end system logic and behavior
-
Define system stimulation logic (inputs) for test scenarios
-
Define logic to detect and validate system responses and outputs
-
Support data acquisition, decoding, and analysis for system integration and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications :
-
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline
-
2+ years of experience in systems engineering, systems integration, or related roles within aerospace or defense industries

3+ years of hands‑on experience in Integration Bench Design, Bench Testing, and System Integration Activities

Strong proficiency in data transfer protocols and electrical interfaces, including:

ARINC 429, ARINC 707
-
RS‑232, RS‑422, RS‑485
-
CAN Bus, MIL‑STD‑1553
-
Discretes, Analogs, and PWM
-
Familiarity with aircraft system engineering standards, including:
-
RTCA DO‑160
-
SAE ARP 4754
-
SAE ARP 4761
-
Working knowledge of aircraft certification standards, including Part 21 and Part 23
