To drive the Core Banking Transformation initiative with a specific focus on Islamic Banking principles. This role will oversee the end-to-end delivery of transformation activities, ensuring Shariah compliance, operational excellence, and alignment with the bank’s digital and product strategy. The candidate will also be responsible for enhancing existing Islamic products and launching new offerings that meet evolving client needs.
