The AVP, Digital Security manager is responsible for the ideation, support and reporting of the Digital security landscape within the bank.

The role holder will have close interaction with technology and fraud teams and will be required to represent the bank on Digital security topics outside the bank with regulators and other interested parties.

This person must have an ability to keep up with the latest Digital techniques, while helping team members and the business better understand Digital. The role holder must communicate progress to their team and communicate market changes in the Digital Security landscape to their respective business customers to enhance their understanding of the Digital opportunities.

Specialist experience in the following platforms and activities is critical to the role:

2+ years first hand experience in driving Digital Security programmes

Excellent planning and communication skills

Strong understanding of the Digital technologies and how to leverage in a customer focused environment

Obsessed with Digital Customer Experience and driving true differentiation and disruption within the banking sector

Experience of applying technologies to deliver Digital security models in a customer facing environment.

Minimum 0-1 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record

Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills

Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company

Position requires proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
