Job Title: AW139 Aviation Instructor

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Description:

The General Aviation Instructor will conduct classroom, fields instruction and on the job training and assist in the development of the maintenance training programs to enhance the skills of trainees. The instructor will conduct trainee assessment and will provide remedial training as necessary. The instructor will review the course material with the course developer in order to maintain training effectiveness. S/he will also maintain records of training activities and of student attendance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in aviation related subject
• Aviation instructor certification
• Minimum of 5 Years Experience in teaching aviation maintenance subjects like avionics, A&P, -Human Factors, PPE, tool control, corrosion, TAMMS, SMS, etc
• Knowledge of, and experience in, training methodologies and management utilizing a systems approach (SAT or ADDIE) is highly desirable
• AW139 Type Rating
• EASA Part 66
