Description:

Program Coordination

  • Assist in the planning & execution of entrepreneurship programs, including workshops, events, and mentorship initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for programs, such as venue selection, participant registration, and material preparation.
  • Track program timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Content Support

  • Assist in creating program materials, presentations, guides, and tool-kits.
  • Help develop content for program promotion, including social media posts and email campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized library of program resources and materials.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support the onboarding of program participants, mentors, and partners.
  • Act as a point of contact for program-related inquiries.
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with ecosystem stakeholders.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate records of program activities, including attendance, feedback, and outcomes.
  • Prepare reports and updates on program progress for internal review.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense management for programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
