AWS DevOps Senior

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Design & Deployment: Design, deploy, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Docker.
• Kubernetes Operations: Manage and operate EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) clusters to ensure high availability and smooth application performance.
• Scripting & Automation: Develop automation solutions using strong shell (bash) and Python scripting to streamline operational tasks and improve system efficiency.
• CI/CD Management: Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI with an emphasis on Python code linting, quality checks, and automation best practices.
• Monitoring & Observability: Implement and maintain dashboards, alerts, and performance insights using Datadog to ensure proactive monitoring and stability.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure robust security practices across cloud infrastructure, pipelines, Docker images, Kubernetes workloads, and applications.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work effectively with cross-functional teams using GitHub, Jira, and Confluence to drive transparency, collaboration, and documentation excellence.
  
  

Required Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Linux.
• Expertise in Shell (bash) and Python scripting.
• Strong experience with Docker, AWS, Terraform, and EKS.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, especially in CircleCI.
• Practical experience using Datadog monitoring tools.
• Strong working knowledge of GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to ensure end-to-end infrastructure and application security.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
