We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Ayurveda M.D. Doctor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, Panchakarma therapies, herbal formulations, and holistic patient care. You will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and guiding patients toward complete wellness using evidence-based Ayurvedic practices.
Key Responsibilities: Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient consultations including Nadi Pariksha, medical history, and Ayurvedic assessment.
- Diagnose diseases based on Ayurvedic fundamentals and modern diagnostic understanding.
- Design personalized treatment plans including Panchakarma, Shodhana, Shamana therapies, and lifestyle/diet modifications.
- Supervise and guide Panchakarma therapists and treatment staff.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments in treatment protocols.
- Prescribe Ayurvedic medicines/formulations with proper dosage and instructions.
Administrative & Support Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participate in medical camps, wellness programs, and OPD/IPD services.
- Collaborate with the management for treatment package development and quality improvement.
- Train and guide junior doctors, interns, and therapy staff as required.
Qualifications:
- M.D. (Ayurveda) from a recognized university.
- Valid registration with the State/ Central Council of Indian Medicine.
- Minimum 0–3 years of clinical experience (freshers may also apply).
- Strong understanding of classical Ayurvedic texts and modern clinical integration.
Skills Required:
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and patient counseling abilities.
- Knowledge of Panchakarma procedures and Ayurvedic formulations.
- Ability to manage OPD/IPD and handle emergencies.
- Compassion, empathy, and a holistic approach to healthcare.
