· Issuing Prescriptions: Issuing prescriptions to customers/patients who qualify for Cannabis or Vijaya (Bhang) based products poly-herbal formulations.

· Customer service: Assisting customers/patients with their queries at the Clinic.

· Facilitation of sales: Communicating with and closing the consultation (sale) with customers/patients who require an understanding from an expert.

· Technical product knowledge: To be the subject matter expert in the domain of medical cannabis and its positive effects on potential patients.

· Brand Promotion: Promote the principles on which the Brand BOHECO is formed.

· Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining a list of issued prescriptions, patient case record forms, and submit monthly and annual reports covering the qualitative and quantitative aspects related to this function.

· Client Feedback: Obtaining product performance and patient progress reviews from clients every fortnight to aid them with improving their quality of life.

· Clinic Management:

- Provide quality of medical services and appropriate medical care in Bombay Hemp Company (BOHECO) clinic.

- Restore customers’/patients’ good health by administering or suggesting interventions/treatments such as massage, mindfulness, and ayurvedic formulations.

- Prescribe BOHECO-branded medicines to patients, as required.

- Assign tasks to fellow Practitioners in cases as required and/or other team members.

- Ensure that all the equipment specially purchased for the store is handled appropriately, stored appropriately after use, and kept in an orderly manner including conducting AMCs when required.

- Supervise that the customers/patients who visit the clinic for seeking treatment are handled smoothly without any hurdles.

- Wholly and individually responsible for follow up of patients.

- Keep a detailed record of all medicines purchased and used during the check-ups.

- Manage inventory of BOHECO related products

- Record, manage, and close each order/walk-in patient/customer and sale

· Other Responsibilities:

- Dose titration per patient basis indication and product prescribed in line with recommended dosage advised by BOHECO team and self-consent

- Conducting or requesting the conduct of screening and diagnostic tests to reveal health issues.

- Calming anxious and distressed patients.

- Informing patients about the functions of each treatment.

- Recording and storing your notes after each consultation.

- Monitoring and evaluating the implications of treatments.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
