Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Ayurveda Doctor cum Resort Supervisor to join our team at our intimate 6-room wellness retreat. As an Ayurveda Doctor, you'll consult with guests, advising on health concerns and guiding them towards a better lifestyle. As a Resort Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

Responsibilities:

As an Ayurveda Doctor cum Resort Supervisor, you will conduct consultations with guests, creating personalized wellness plans and guiding them on healthy habits, Ayurvedic treatments, and yogic kriyas. You will also oversee daily resort operations, manage front desk, housekeeping, and F&B teams, develop effective communication strategies, and monitor expenses to maintain budgetary targets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Ayurveda Medicine (BAMS)

- 3+ years of experience as an Ayurveda Doctor in wellness

- 2+ years of experience in resort management or hospitality industry
