Floor Manager Hospital

Job Description

We are seeking a Floor Manager to oversee daily hospital floor operations and ensure smooth functioning of patient care services. The role involves managing staff, coordinating with multiple departments, and maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction and hospital protocols.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of the hospital floor.
• Ensure smooth admission, discharge, and transfer of patients.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, housekeeping, billing, and support staff for efficient workflow.
• Address and resolve patient/attendant queries and complaints promptly.
• Monitor staff performance, discipline, and shift schedules.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and service quality standards on the floor.
• Assist in emergency situations by coordinating with medical and support teams.
• Conduct regular floor rounds to ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Prepare daily reports and update management about floor activitie

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hospital operations or floor management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software preferred).
