Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Ayurveda Physician specializing in Panchakarma to join our wellness center. The ideal candidate will provide expert consultation, personalized treatment plans, and authentic Ayurvedic therapies. They will also play an active role in marketing by creating informative videos and support clients with insurance documentation for Ayurvedic treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care & Consultation

• Conduct detailed consultations, diagnose ailments, and suggest personalized Ayurvedic treatments.
• Specialize in Panchakarma therapies , diet counseling, and preventive healthcare.
• Guide patients on herbal medicine, detoxification, and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.

2. Panchakarma & Ayurvedic Treatments

• Administer and supervise Panchakarma therapies as per traditional guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and hygiene standards.
• Train therapists on best practices in Ayurveda and Panchakarma procedures.

3. Marketing & Content Creation (Videos for Social Media & Promotions)

• Create engaging and educational videos about Ayurveda, Panchakarma, detox, wellness tips, etc., for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Ayurvedic treatments and membership plans.
• Host live sessions, Q&A, and reels to increase awareness and attract clients.

4. Insurance & Documentation Support

• Assist patients in preparing necessary medical reports and documents for insurance claims.
• Provide supporting documents for Ayurvedic treatment reimbursement as per guidelines.

5. Collaboration & Training

• Work closely with therapists, yoga instructors, and other wellness experts.
• Conduct periodic training for in-house staff on Ayurvedic principles and therapies.

Skills & Competencies Required:

✅ Deep knowledge of Ayurveda, Panchakarma , and herbal medicine

✅ Strong communication and video presentation skills

✅ Ability to explain Ayurveda in a modern & engaging way for social media

✅ Experience in handling insurance documentation for Ayurvedic treatments

✅ Passion for holistic healing and wellness
