Key Responsibilities:

· Drive revenue generation of the clinic by ensuring effective recovery treatments, patient satisfaction, and retention. Managed chain of Clinical Revenue & Operations.

· Oversee and coordinate daily operations for smooth and efficient clinic functioning.

· Lead, guide, and manage a team of doctors, ensuring performance standards and adherence to protocols.

· Design, conduct, and participate in training & development programs to enhance team capabilities and service quality.

· Monitor clinic performance metrics and ensure alignment with organizational growth objectives.

· Collaborate directly with the CEO to provide updates, insights, and strategies for patient care improvements and clinic expansion.

Requirements:

· BAMS/MD in Ayurveda with 4–6 years of clinical and leadership experience.

· Proven track record in revenue generation and operational management.

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Ability to balance patient-centric care with clinic growth targets.
