Job Description: - Azure ML Implementation SME: -
We are seeking a skilled Azure ML Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ML workflows using Microsoft Azure. This role is ideal for experienced data science and ML engineering professionals with deep knowledge of Azure's ML ecosystem and enterprise AI deployment strategies. You will collaborate with data engineers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and performance-optimized ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
. Architect and implement end-to-end ML solutions using Azure ML services (e.g., Azure ML Studio, Azure ML SDK, ML pipelines).
. Collaborate with data analysts to prepare, process, and manage training data at scale.
. Operationalize ML models using CI/CD pipelines for model versioning, testing, and deployment.
. Monitor and retrain models to maintain accuracy and relevance.
. Ensure governance, security, and compliance of ML workflows within enterprise Azure environments.
. Work with stakeholders to understand business problems and design appropriate ML strategies.
. Optimize compute resources (e.g., AKS, AML compute, GPU clusters) for performance and cost-efficiency.
. Support ML experimentation lifecycle and automate reproducibility through ML Flow or similar tools.

Required Qualification:
. 7+ years of experience in ML engineering or applied data science roles.
. Hands-on experience implementing ML solutions using Azure ML services.
. Proficiency in Python, ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and Azure ML SDK.
. Strong understanding of MLOps practices including CI/CD for ML models.
. Experience with cloud architecture, model deployment on AKS, ACI, or Batch endpoints.
. Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and large-scale data pipelines.
. Knowledge of responsible AI principles, model monitoring, and explainability.
. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
. Microsoft certifications: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), Azure Data Scientist Associate (DP-100).
. Experience integrating ML with Azure Synapse, Data Factory, or Power BI.
. Exposure to AutoML, MLFlow, and Azure DevOps for ML lifecycle.
. Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
