B2 Spanish Translator - Fulya, Beşiktaş on-site

Job Description:

We are looking for colleagues who will work as interpreters in English - Spanish and optionally Turkish at our hospital, which operates in the field of medical tourism. This position has been created to ensure effective communication between our patients and medical staff and to contribute to the best possible delivery of healthcare services. Experience is not required for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing written and oral translations in Spanish and Turkish
• Facilitating effective communication between patients and doctors
• Translating patient files, medical reports, and other documents
• Assisting patients throughout their treatment process
• Providing language support to healthcare staff when needed

Qualifications:

• B2-level proficiency in Spanish and Turkish
• Strong communication skills, patient, and solution-oriented
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours
• Experience in medical interpreting is preferred, but applications from inexperienced candidates are also welcome.

Career Growth Opportunity:

Candidates who perform successfully in the Translation Department for at least 6 months will have the opportunity to transfer to our Sales Department, where they can earn a monthly bonus between €300 and €800, depending on the season and performance.
Candidates who would transfer to the sales office have the benefits of possible earning monthly bonus between €1500-€2500.
