Job Summary

We have a brand new opportunity for an Account Manager B2B. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of building strong client relationships, driving sales, and delivering creative branded solutions.

What You Will Do

• Prospecting & lead generation - Identify and approach potential clients to expand our business
• Client relationship management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with high value local and global clients
• Sales & negotiation - Present tailored promotional product solutions and close large deals
• Market research - Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to provide innovative solutions
• Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders
• Target achievement - Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic account management

Preferred Background

• Education: A graduate degree is preferred
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in e commerce or print on demand

Hard Skills

• Fluent English - written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
• Proven negotiation and contract management expertise
• Industry knowledge - Understanding of promotional products and print on demand is preferred
• Tech savvy, with an interest in AI and emerging technologies
• Proficient with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and basic Excel/BI dashboards for pipeline and performance tracking
• Comfortable navigating diverse procurement processes and tender frameworks across international markets

Soft Skills

• Self motivated & goal oriented - Ability to work independently and drive results
• Strong initiative, always seeking new ways to drive business forward
