B2B Business Development Executive – AI Readiness & ROI Diagnostic (Arabic-Speaking )

Zanovah Middle East is looking for a polished, confident, Arabic-speaking B2B Appointment Setter to help us open qualified conversations with senior business leaders in Saudi Arabia.

This role is focused on introducing our AI Readiness & ROI Diagnostic to mid-market companies that are investing in AI, automation, ERP, data, or digital transformation — but may not yet be seeing clear business value or measurable ROI.

This is not a generic call-center role.

We need someone who can represent a premium consulting brand, speak professionally with decision-makers, handle gatekeepers respectfully, and book qualified meetings with CEOs, COOs, CTOs, Heads of Operations, and transformation leaders.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for:

  • Calling and messaging companies in Saudi Arabia and the GCC
  • Speaking with receptionists, assistants, managers, and senior decision-makers in Arabic
  • Identifying companies that may have AI, automation, ERP, operational, or digital transformation challenges
  • Introducing Zanovah’s AI Readiness & ROI Diagnostic in a simple, professional way
  • Booking qualified 15–20 minute discovery calls for the founder
  • Following up with prospects through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, or phone
  • Maintaining a simple record of leads contacted, responses, follow-ups, and booked meetings
  • Representing Zanovah Middle East with professionalism, confidence, and respect

What You Will Be Selling

You will be introducing the Zanovah AI Readiness & ROI Diagnostic.

This diagnostic helps companies understand:

  • Whether AI activity is creating measurable business value
  • Where AI ROI may be blocked by data, workflows, people, systems, or ownership gaps
  • Which AI use cases should be prioritised first
  • Where cost savings or margin improvement may be possible
  • What leadership should fix, test, or scale within the next 90 days

The goal is not to sell AI tools.
The goal is to help companies understand whether they are truly ready to get business value from AI.

Ideal Candidate

You are a strong fit if you:

  • Speak fluent Arabic and good English
  • Have experience in B2B appointment setting, business development, telesales, or corporate sales
  • Are confident speaking with Saudi/GCC businesses
  • Can communicate professionally with senior people
  • Are comfortable making outbound calls and follow-ups
  • Can handle rejection without sounding desperate or pushy
  • Are organised and able to track leads properly
  • Understand how to create interest without overselling
  • Have a calm, polished, and respectful communication style

Experience in consulting, technology, SaaS, AI, digital transformation, facilities management, logistics, manufacturing, or corporate services will be an advantage.

You will help us reach companies with approximately 300–5,000 employees, especially in sectors such as:

What We Are Looking For

This role requires quality conversations, not just high-volume calling.

Compensation

Compensation will depend on experience, market knowledge, and ability to generate qualified meetings.
