B2B Business Development Specialist

Job Description

We're looking for a sharp and proactive B2B Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind finding and securing new business for our group, which includes construction, landscaping, decoration, and real estate services. You will build and manage relationships with potential partners and clients, acting as a key representative of our brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent presentation skills, and a clear history of successfully bringing in new projects through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Proactively find and research new B2B partners, clients, and projects within the construction, landscaping, decoration, and real estate markets.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with B2B partners, developers, and other key industry players. Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential partners, highlighting our group's capabilities and value proposition. Proposal & Contract Management: Develop detailed proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to secure new projects and partnerships. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities, providing regular reports to management. Skills and Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably within the construction, real estate, or related industries. A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is a must.
