Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue client invoices for fabrication projects and follow up on collections.
  • Track project costs against estimates to monitor profitability.
  • Process supplier invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain petty cash and oversee daily expense tracking.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow for ongoing projects.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and job cost summaries.
  • File VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax laws.
  • Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and banks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or construction.
  • Strong cost control and project accounting skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Accountant: 3 years (Required)

Language:

  • Speaks and write English fluently (Required)
