Job Summary

NextGen Capital Solution / Zenith Business Solution is looking for a driven and performance-focused Sales Associate – Lead Generation to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to international prospects to generate qualified leads
• Present company services clearly, confidently, and professionally
• Gather and verify accurate client information
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups for the closing team
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Follow approved scripts and sales processes while maintaining a natural conversation flow
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, compliance, and call quality

Requirements

• Strong English speaking and listening skills
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, MS Office, email)
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Prior sales or call center experience is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
