Role Overview:
We are seeking a B2B Client Relations Executive to join our team. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating bookings, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for B2B clients, handling inquiries and follow-ups
• Manage bookings and orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date client information in CRM systems
• Support the sales team with reports, presentations, and proposals
• Carry out general administrative and coordination tasks

Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B client relations, sales support, or administration
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of Dubai’s travel and tourism sector is an advantage
