B2B Cold Calling Specialist / Sales Executive (US Market) — 1 Stop Technologies (California & Florida-Based Company)

Location: Onsite – 1 Stop Technologies, Near Tim Hortons, Phase 7, Bahria Town, Islamabad

Compensation: PKR 50,000 – 90,000 / month (Base Salary) + Uncapped Commission

Shift: Full-Time, Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

The Role

We are immediately hiring a new batch of results-oriented B2B Cold Calling Specialists and B2B Sales Executives to target the US market. This is an onsite, night-shift position focused purely on outbound sales and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume B2B cold calls to prospective clients in the US.
• Master initial pitch delivery, overcome objections, and qualify leads.
• Set appointments and hand off qualified leads to senior sales staff (Specialist role) or manage the full sales cycle (Executive role).
• Maintain accurate records of all activity in the CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead targets.

Mandatory Requirements

• Exceptional English Fluency: Superior conversational and presentation skills are required.
• Onsite Only: Must be committed to working full-time from our Islamabad office (Bahria Phase 7).
• Night Shift: Must be available for the full 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM schedule.
• Experience: Previous experience in a B2B, tele-sales, or call-center environment, ideally targeting international markets.
• Drive: Resilient, coachable, and highly motivated by financial incentives.
