As we expand, we are seeking an experienced B2B Compliance Consultant to advise corporate clients and enhance their compliance strategies.

Role Overview

We are looking for a B2B Compliance Consultant to provide advisory services to corporate clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance. This role requires expertise in Qatari regulations, international compliance standards, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions for business clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that Steadfast Standards LLC’s clients operate within legal frameworks while achieving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services on compliance frameworks, governance, and risk management.
• Advise clients on adherence to Qatari laws and international standards.
• Conduct compliance audits and prepare detailed reports.
• Draft, review, and update compliance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with client leadership teams to design effective compliance programs.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide timely updates to clients.
• Support dispute resolution and risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare strategic recommendations and insights for corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in compliance consulting, corporate governance, or regulatory advisory.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari regulatory frameworks and international compliance standards.
• Proven track record of managing compliance programs successfully.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a client-focused, fast-paced environment.
