• Drive Zero Defect Culture development initiatives at supplier end.
• Drive data driven decision making approach at supplier end.
• Carry out PPAP run for new parts developed & PSW sign off with suppliers.

• Ensure implementation of Supplier Quality Manual at supplier end. • Meet & track quality targets in line with AOP for Group Quality targets & projects.

• Plan Visit/s at supplier for review, audit & monitor their quality performance.
• Ensure technical support to new component development for new/ existing parts.
• Impart training to suppliers and monitor training effectiveness.
• Initiate and track corrective actions for chronic defects at supplier end.
• Conducting Supplier process/re-evaluation audits at defined frequency.
• Corrective and preventive actions for bought out part chronic warranty issues.
• Supplier Quality Agreements sign offs with suppliers.
• Participate and execute supplier quality improvement contest every year.

• Ensure structured review process for quality issues and its resolution. • Ensure suppliers are complying mandatory EMS & OHSAS requirements.
