Job Overview

Edoxi Training Institute is looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Corporate Sales Executive to expand our corporate client base in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and promoting our professional training programs and corporate learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B corporate sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, L&D teams, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Promote Edoxi’s corporate training programs, certification courses, and customized training solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and training needs analysis.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the training and operations team to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably corporate training, education, HR services, or consulting).
  • Strong network within the Kuwait corporate sector is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling corporate training solutions or professional certification programs.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong relationship-building skills with corporate stakeholders.
