• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert opportunities into sales.
• Collaborate with the team and management to enhance sales performance and achieve targets.
