B2B Customer Support Agent

IGET SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company services, processes, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns while ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Maintain a professional tone and deliver excellent customer support consistently.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional while handling customers, especially under pressure.

Shift Details:

  • Timings: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Night Shift)
  • Location: 31/A-Plaza, AA Block, Sector D, Canal Heights, Bahria Town Lahore

Job Type: Full-time (In-person)
