Systems Limited is looking for a B2B Digital Content Specialist. The role focuses on creating, adapting, and managing digital content for B2B platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign briefs, brand guidelines, and legal requirements. It also involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective content that supports business objectives across regional markets. The candidate will be responsible for creating content (banners, images, campaign collaterals) for the End Market (EM) with strong creative execution.

Develop High-Impact B2B Content:

Create and adapt visual content—including banners, images, product visuals, campaign collaterals, and layout designs, tailored for B2B platforms and market-specific requirements. Ensure all assets reflect best-in-class creative quality.

Produce Engaging Video & Interactive Assets:

Develop, edit, and finalize video content such as retailer education videos and customer engagement clips. Create interactive gamified content as per campaign briefs, leveraging gamification tools (Playable preferred).

Ensure Content Compliance & Quality:

Verify all content meets organizational brand guidelines, digital standards, and legal requirements. Follow established approval processes and ensure all deliverables are uploaded accurately and on time into B2B platforms (Adobe Commerce/Magento).

Support Digital & Campaign Objectives:

Understand campaign briefs and support all B2B content needs for the End Market. Adapt content quickly based on stakeholder feedback and campaign goals, ensuring smooth execution aligned with digital strategies.

Collaborate with Stakeholders Effectively:

Work closely with B2B marketing teams, creative partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality digital assets. Maintain strong relationships to drive alignment and clarity across all project phases.

Stay Updated on Creative Trends:

Continuously enhance creative output by staying informed on current design trends, digital content formats, and innovation opportunities to improve engagement and content performance.

Experience Required:

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital content creation, visual design, and video production.
  • Strong preference for candidates working in the creative department of a digital or advertising agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
  • Experience with gamification tools (Playable preferred).
  • Familiarity with B2B platforms and content upload systems (Adobe Commerce/Magento).
  • Copywriting or copy-adaptation skills are an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail with a strong creative sense.
