The Sr. Specialist, Sales Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs that enhance client-specific knowledge and skills, focusing on advanced sales processes and systems. This position leads collaborations with internal and/or external stakeholders to create tailored content that addresses business needs, driving efficiency and productivity across the organization. He/she/they will work autonomously with moderate supervision to ensure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
