We’re hiring someone who can help us reach new clients through LinkedIn and B2B outreach. You’ll be the person building and running our outreach system, researching, connecting, and starting real conversations that lead to long-term business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Research and connect with decision-makers in the U.S. accounting and small business space.
- Create smart, personalized LinkedIn outreach, no spam, no templates.
- Build a simple system to track leads, messages, and follow-ups.
- Test ideas, measure what works, and adjust campaigns along the way.
- Work closely with our marketing and operations team to target the right kind of clients.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation or LinkedIn outreach.
- Someone who’s worked with U.S.-based clients and understands that market’s tone and expectations.
- Confident writing messages and communicating in clean, natural English.
- Knows how to stay organized and hit weekly goals.
- Has used tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or a CRM, or at least knows how to set one up.
