Role & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute B2B outbound demand generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel outreach.
  • Own outbound infrastructure including inboxes, domains, warm-up, and deliverability.
  • Build and manage lead enrichment, segmentation, and targeting workflows using tools like Clay.
  • Set up and maintain automations using Zapier / Make to connect CRM, outbound tools, and data sources.
  • Manage and maintain clean CRM data, lifecycle stages, and attribution in tools like HubSpot.
  • Craft, test, and iterate outbound messaging, sequences, and offers to improve reply rates and meetings booked.
  • Track, measure, and optimize outbound performance across leads, meetings, and pipeline impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to align on ICPs, qualification criteria, and handoff processes.
  • Share regular insights on campaign performance, learnings, and optimization opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Revenue Marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience running outbound campaigns and managing outbound tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of tools like Clay, HubSpot, Salesloft, Smartlead, or similar platforms.
  • Experience building automations using Make, N8N etc.
  • Solid understanding of B2B funnels, ICP definition, and pipeline-driven marketing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
