Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute B2B outbound demand generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel outreach.
- Own outbound infrastructure including inboxes, domains, warm-up, and deliverability.
- Build and manage lead enrichment, segmentation, and targeting workflows using tools like Clay.
- Set up and maintain automations using Zapier / Make to connect CRM, outbound tools, and data sources.
- Manage and maintain clean CRM data, lifecycle stages, and attribution in tools like HubSpot.
- Craft, test, and iterate outbound messaging, sequences, and offers to improve reply rates and meetings booked.
- Track, measure, and optimize outbound performance across leads, meetings, and pipeline impact.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to align on ICPs, qualification criteria, and handoff processes.
- Share regular insights on campaign performance, learnings, and optimization opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Revenue Marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience running outbound campaigns and managing outbound tools.
- Strong working knowledge of tools like Clay, HubSpot, Salesloft, Smartlead, or similar platforms.
- Experience building automations using Make, N8N etc.
- Solid understanding of B2B funnels, ICP definition, and pipeline-driven marketing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
