Position Overview:

  • As a Team Leader at RITS, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of sales and service professionals, ensuring performance targets are met, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves outdoor fieldwork (B2B) and requires a proactive, organized, and results-oriented individual

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve sales and performance goals.
  • Conduct field visits with team members to meet business clients (B2B).
  • Monitor team performance and provide training or coaching as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role (preferably in sales or field operations).
  • Must hold a valid Qatari driving license and own a car.
  • Must be able to provide a valid NOC (No Objection Certificate).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work under pressure.
