Objectives

Managing accounts for long-term success and developing new sales opportunities

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their satisfaction with products & services

Customer & Partner oriented attitude is essential to succeed in this role

Anticipating key account changes and improvements

Manage communications between key customers and Samsung internal teams

Understanding customer needs and identifying new business opportunities

Resolve customer issues and complaints
-
Analyse customer data to provide relationship management

Covering all customer, expanding relationships and bringing in new customers

Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge on Samsung audio visual products. Understanding of our business, offerings, competitors and industry

Coordination of Supply Chain Management & Demand Planning for all customer needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.

Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.

Producing and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and weekly/monthly/ quarterly revenue numbers & share with the management

Collaborating with the product teams to maximize profit by up-sell and cross-sell activities
Skills and Qualifications
-
Bachelor Degree level
-
Sales professional with minimum 6 years of proven successful experience

Strong financial/commercial understanding together with ability to interpret and manage P&L
-
High proficiency in spoken and written English

Proven key accounts management skills
-
Proven influencing and negotiation skills
-
Self-motivated and able to work independently

Ability to build and sustain relationships at all levels (internal & external)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Highly organized and solution-oriented.

Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.

Strong numeracy skills
