Objectives


  • Managing accounts for long-term success and developing new sales opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their satisfaction with products & services
  • Customer & Partner oriented attitude is essential to succeed in this role
  • Anticipating key account changes and improvements
  • Manage communications between key customers and Samsung internal teams
  • Understanding customer needs and identifying new business opportunities
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Analyse customer data to provide relationship management
  • Covering all customer, expanding relationships and bringing in new customers
  • Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge on Samsung audio visual products. Understanding of our business, offerings, competitors and industry
  • Coordination of Supply Chain Management & Demand Planning for all customer needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
  • Producing and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and weekly/monthly/ quarterly revenue numbers & share with the management
  • Collaborating with the product teams to maximize profit by up-sell and cross-sell activities


Skills and Qualifications


  • Bachelor Degree level
  • Sales professional with minimum 6 years of proven successful experience
  • Strong financial/commercial understanding together with ability to interpret and manage P&L
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Proven key accounts management skills
  • Proven influencing and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships at all levels (internal & external)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Highly organized and solution-oriented.
  • Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Able to work within deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
